MP&S Legal Partners is a general practice law firm located in Corrimal, a northern suburb of Wollongong in the scenic Illawarra region. Our story began in 1976, when Frank Mathey, the firm’s founder, started practising law in the Illawarra. With over 50 years of experience across a broad range of legal areas—including conveyancing, estate planning, estate administration, litigation, and small debt recovery—Frank has built a reputation for approachable, down-to-earth service. His understanding nature makes even the most difficult conversations feel easier for clients.

In 2021, Frank welcomed solicitors Ellen Panagakos and Zorana Stanojevic as partners, continuing the firm’s proud tradition of personal, professional legal support. Ellen Panagakos has worked alongside Frank since 2013, finding her passion in Property Law. She has played an integral role in transitioning the firm to electronic conveyancing and specialises in residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions, as well as retail and commercial leases, estate planning, and estate administration. Ellen is known for her client-first approach, combining professional integrity with a considerate and attentive manner to achieve the best outcomes.
